« La couleur est sombre et de bonne intensité. Le nez se montre particulièrement éclatant, très fruité, crémeux, aromatique et fait la différence avec ses pairs. Entrée en bouche suave, puis le vin offre une bonne corpulence, du goût et une présence tactile crémeuse, particulièrement hédoniste. Très savoureux, complet, il s’achève long, puissant et profond, sur un très beau grain de tannin. C’est un grand succès de l’année. Ce vin combine une grande énergie (PH bas égal à 3,3) et en même temps une réelle maturité de fruits. Nouveauté : devant ce résultat répété, j’ai interrogé la propriété pour savoir ce qu’ils pouvaient avoir changé. Effectivement, un système de pigeage a été installé dans les chais. A noter que Larcis Ducasse a bénéficié du même changement. »
